Mainland Portugal term of 1/2 business day; with all products in stock. * Portugal Islands - Madeira / Azores. *(In these destinations we have to manually calculate the shipping costs, to get the cheapest possible. Delivery up to 10 days) .
If we do not receive payment of the full amount within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be canceled with prior notice.
We cannot be held responsible for delays arising from external factors or force majeure; or delays caused by the carrier.
The customer has full responsibility and right to check the material during the act of delivery and always in the presence of the courier. In case of any anomaly, the customer must describe the respective anomaly in the courier's guide. If there is no record on the guide, claims for damaged products will not be accepted.
- The customer has a maximum period of 14 days, after the date of receipt, to return the order. If you wish to make a return, you must inform it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org; indicating the reason for the return and the sales invoice number. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (the products travel under the customer's responsibility).
- The products cannot show signs of use or any damage and must be accompanied by original packaging, manuals and accessories, in the same condition in which they were delivered.
The refund of the amount paid will be made within a maximum period of 10 days after receipt of the material at our facilities and will be made in the same way as the method used to pay for the product. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- In the event that the equipment delivered fails before the first use, the customer must contact customer support at the email address email@example.com within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the equipment, in order to exchange it, without any additional charge to the customer
Sales Invoices will be sent by email or with shipment.
